Job Title: Key Account Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to achieve sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, developing and executing effective promotional plans, and providing market insights to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the Key Account (KA) channel and delivering exceptional results against Sales Targets (ST) and Sales Objectives (SO).

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of core stores and sales locations to maximize sales potential.
  • Develop and execute promotional plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise and mentor KA supervisors and sales guides to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Submit regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform business strategy.
Main Responsibilities:

Our team is looking for an individual who can effectively communicate with customers, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mobile phone sales, with at least 3 years of experience in Key Account sales.
  • Proven track record of success in customer relationship management, channel sales, and sales location construction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
