Your Role:

As a Channel Sales Development professional, your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with channel partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and onboard new channel partners
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with partners to develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets
  • Stay updated on market developments and competitor activities
  • Train and advise sales teams within the channel partners
  • Meet regularly with partner organization counterparts
  • Report monthly on sales KPIs within channel partners
  • Work towards sales and revenue targets set by management
  • Address customer service issues raised by partners
  • Identify and reach out to potential new channel partners
  • Develop and negotiate contracts, coordinating requirements with business operations
  • Participate in educational opportunities and industry publications to stay current

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in sales within IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industries, familiarity with channel markets preferred
  • Fresh graduates with high academic achievement are encouraged to apply
  • Strong network within the local channel market
  • Excellent sales skills, including listening and tailored presentations
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written
  • Persistent, proactive, responsible, and independent
  • Motivational skills to support teams and achieve targets efficiently
  • Strong public speaking, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Valid driving license required
