Job Description

This Business Expansion Representative role involves working with Channel Partners to drive sales growth and improve market share. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales-driven position in IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry and familiarity with the channel market.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up new channel partners and managing their onboarding process
  • Forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities
  • Coordinating with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
  • Dealing with different sub-dealers and addressing commercially and technically related issues
  • Providing training and advice to sales teams within the channel partner
  • Regularly meeting with counterparts of the partner organization
Requirements:
  • Experience in a sales-driven position in IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry and familiarity with the channel market
  • Fresh graduates with high grades are also preferred
  • Solid network within the Local Channel network
  • Strong sales skills, ability to listen and tailor presentations to meet customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Persistent and proactive
  • Responsible and able to drive the business independently
  • Able to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time-sensitive environment
