This Business Expansion Representative role involves working with Channel Partners to drive sales growth and improve market share. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales-driven position in IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry and familiarity with the channel market.
Responsibilities:- Setting up new channel partners and managing their onboarding process
- Forecasting monthly sales and identifying new business opportunities
- Coordinating with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
- Dealing with different sub-dealers and addressing commercially and technically related issues
- Providing training and advice to sales teams within the channel partner
- Regularly meeting with counterparts of the partner organization
- Experience in a sales-driven position in IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry and familiarity with the channel market
- Fresh graduates with high grades are also preferred
- Solid network within the Local Channel network
- Strong sales skills, ability to listen and tailor presentations to meet customer needs
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Persistent and proactive
- Responsible and able to drive the business independently
- Able to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time-sensitive environment
