We are seeking a Luxury Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

This role involves performing all front office duties, including check-in, check-out, credit card handling, complaint resolution, guest communication, and guest relation tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create memorable experiences that surprise and inspire our guests.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guest relations, feedback, and services.
  • Assist in billing and invoice preparation.
  • Prepare reports according to established standards.
  • Update registration cards as per company guidelines.
  • Be present at the front office during designated shifts and support the team operationally.
  • Act as an ambassador of the hotel by engaging actively with guests and colleagues.
  • Follow all applicable standards related to quality, sustainability, policies, and rules.
  • Promote the guest recognition program to guests.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, behavior, and grooming.
  • Handle guest complaints tactfully and escalate appropriately.
