Chief Steward Opportunity

  • Manage and lead a skilled team of stewards in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout all food and beverage areas.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of kitchen equipment, dishware, silverware, and food service areas, ensuring they are always clean, hygienic, and well-organized.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and F&B team to support culinary operations and event needs, providing expert guidance on food safety protocols, HACCP procedures, and inventory management.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas meet health department regulations and hotel standards.

As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the culture and guest experience from day one. Your ideas, energy, and commitment will make a real difference in helping us bring this exciting new property to life.


What You Will Need To Succeed
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with technical or hospitality training.
  2. A minimum of three years of experience in a stewarding or kitchen sanitation role, with at least one-two years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a hotel or resort.
  3. Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, equipment, and procedures, including HACCP and local food safety regulations.
  4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
