Job Purpose: The role is responsible for managing sales projects to achieve long-term success, which leads to achieving department KPIs and targets. This involves developing positive relationships with customers and handling their needs, as well as generating new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales projects to achieve long-term success and meet department KPIs and targets
  • Develop positive relationships with customers and handle their needs
  • Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or BSc Degree in Business, ICT, Information Technology, or a related science subject
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales and customer project management in Cloud or Information Technology-related fields
  • Experience from Telco or IT Services in specific commercial B2B experience within Cloud, ICT is preferred
  • Good financial background and ability to develop forecasts and business cases
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with good presentation, analysis, and concept development skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication, Cloud, IoT, and ICT
  • Excellent Customer Management skills
  • Customer orientation and analytical skills
  • Ability to create and evaluate business cases
  • Effective communication and planning skills
  • Results-oriented and detail-conscious approach
  • Teamwork and customer-focused attitude
  • Financial acumen and problem-solving skills
