Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for driving sales projects to achieve long-term success and meet departmental KPIs. This involves developing positive relationships with customers, handling their needs, and generating new sales through existing and potential customer networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales projects from start to finish
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Handling customer needs and expectations
  • Generating new sales opportunities through customer networks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • A diploma or BSc degree in Business, ICT, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer project management, preferably in Cloud or Information Technology
  • Experience in Telco or IT Services, particularly in commercial B2B experience within Cloud, ICT is an asset
  • Strong financial background and ability to develop forecasts and business cases
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent presentation, analysis, and concept development skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication, Cloud, IoT, and ICT concepts
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Customer orientation and analytical skills
  • Business case creation and evaluation
  • Effective communication and planning skills
  • Results-oriented and detail-conscious individual
  • Team player with a customer-focused mindset
  • Financial acumen and problem-solving skills
