Job Title: F&B Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage department. This includes ensuring excellent service standards, managing staff performance, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Review bookings and plan for efficient department operation during shifts.
  2. Conduct regular checks to ensure the F&B area is clean, well-maintained, and equipped for guest satisfaction.
  3. Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and comments in a prompt and professional manner.
  4. Assist in scheduling, training, and providing constructive feedback to F&B Hosts.
  5. Serve as a role model and supervise the F&B team, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  6. Maintain a positive attitude and work empathetically with guests and colleagues alike.
  7. Evaluate and improve service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  8. Prepare mise-en-place for restaurant service according to established guidelines.
  9. Develop a thorough understanding of all outlet menus (food and wine) and daily F&B activities.
  10. Stay informed about menu prices and suggest upselling opportunities when applicable.
  11. Ensure all departmental equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
  12. Foster a culture that upholds Six Senses' service standards and operational benchmarks.
Requirements:
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by 2-4 years of restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized institution is advantageous.
  2. Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
  3. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit, or valid health/food handler card as required by local regulations.
  4. Excellent written and spoken communication skills; ability to thrive in remote locations and travel on short notice.
