Incident Response Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Monitoring and Incidents Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing IT services, identifying and resolving incidents in a timely manner, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance monitoring and observability tools, such as Dynatrace, Riverbed NPM, SolarWinds, and Grafana. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express complex technical and business topics clearly and concisely.
As a Monitoring and Incidents Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to identify and resolve issues quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring maximum uptime for our customers.
The role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about IT and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
