Talent Scientist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Scientist. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our organisation by driving the development and implementation of innovative talent strategies.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with a passion for understanding how organisations select and develop their talent. As a Talent Scientist, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business success.

You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of our current processes and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. You will also collaborate with our stakeholders to design and implement new talent management initiatives that align with our business goals.

In addition to your analytical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leaders and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong academic background in a relevant field, such as psychology or organisational behaviour
  • Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modelling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
