Job Description

The primary role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional customer service via telephone, ensuring that all calls are answered promptly and handled in accordance with established procedures. The incumbent will be responsible for documenting details of conversations and actions taken to facilitate follow-ups and corrective actions as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer interactions by addressing concerns and queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Update customer information and database records accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree; medical background preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet research skills.
