Job Title: Front Office Representative

A front office representative provides reception services for guests to contribute to an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. The role involves complete audits, as required.

  • Reception Services:
  • Receive and process guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required
  • Keep the Reception Manager informed of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Act with a positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commit to delivering a high level of customer service

Front Office Operations:

  • Manage the front office team and provide guidance on hospitality and guest service standards
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Professional Development:

  • Participate in training courses, as required, to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Assist with the Night Team's training and development efforts

Additional Requirements:

  • Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests

It would be advantageous for you to have previous experience in cash handling, front office experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or entertainment sectors, or conflict resolution experience.
