Job Title: Seafood Restaurant Manager

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced restaurant manager to oversee the daily operations of our seafood restaurant. As a restaurant manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To supervise and train staff to ensure that they provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • To manage and control stock levels, including ordering, storing and issuing supplies.
  • To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.
  • To control costs and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • To promote sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have experience of managing a team and controlling budgets.
