Muscat Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Muscat, Oman. As the key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and monitoring financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and financial reporting
