Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Lead a team of skilled technicians in the maintenance and repair of complex mechanical equipment.

  1. Apply industry standards and procedures to ensure optimal plant performance.
  2. Implement routine and emergency maintenance schedules, documenting all work history and data.
  3. Develop and implement testing protocols and certification processes for equipment.
  4. Maintain strict adherence to company guidelines for reliability and integrity.
  5. Evaluate and resolve equipment issues, recommending improvements and replacements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the petrochemical/oil and gas or power generation industry.
  • Skillful in English (reading, writing, speaking) to IELTS level.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Windows.
  • Knowledge of spare parts identification and management.
  • Able to lead teams and communicate effectively with colleagues.
