Customer Acquisition and Growth Specialist
We are seeking a talented Customer Acquisition and Growth Specialist to join our team at Ahli Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mass retail customers, developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Successfully cross-sell and upsell bank products and services to existing and new customers, enhancing revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch teams to share knowledge, best practices, and insights, driving overall business success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in retail sales or customer relationship management.
