Executive Chef

• This role will involve overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including food preparation, presentation, and service standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of culinary associates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment. They will possess strong leadership and team management skills, as well as creativity and innovation in developing menus and dishes.
• They will also be able to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality, while being able to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.

• Manage and motivate a team of culinary associates to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement menu planning and food preparation strategies to meet business objectives.
• Monitor and control kitchen costs, including inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate and control the food production process, from sourcing ingredients to plating dishes.

• Extensive experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Creativity and innovation in developing menus and dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality.
