Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Engineering department, ensuring the efficient operation of all hotel facilities and systems. This includes managing fire and life safety equipment, planning preventative maintenance work, and overseeing new projects and renovations.

The successful candidate will also prepare and manage the Engineering budget, provide strategic and operational knowledge, and monitor energy usage to implement initiatives for conservation.

This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years operating experience in a similar capacity and be familiar with local government requirements and regulations.
