Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering professional to lead our hotel's engineering department, overseeing the efficient operation of all facilities including fire and life safety systems.

This role will involve planning and managing preventative maintenance projects, new developments, and renovations to ensure seamless hotel operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in similar roles and possess exceptional leadership skills to drive our engineering team forward.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Engineering department, ensuring the efficient operation of all hotel facilities.
  • Plan and manage preventative maintenance projects, new developments, and renovations.
  • Assist in preparing the Engineering budget and contribute engineering expertise to hotel strategic and operational plans.
  • Monitor energy consumption and implement conservation initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A College degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Five years of operating experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and departmental priorities.
  • Understanding of local government regulations.
  • Leadership passion.
