Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Design Engineer to join our interior design team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing comprehensive MEP systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and regulatory standards.

  • Design and develop MEP systems, collaborating with designers and architects to integrate systems seamlessly into building designs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed load calculations for HVAC, ELV, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems to optimize energy efficiency and performance.
  • Prepare technical drawings and specifications using advanced software like AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform site inspections and audits to troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on experience in MEP design and project management.
  • Experience in using design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-related tools is essential.
  • Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling).
