Housekeeping Attendants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms, corridors, and public areas.

This involves cleaning, tidying, and preparing guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities. It also includes thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, ensuring all guest supplies are replenished, and room setups meet brand standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle guest belongings with care and report any lost & found items to supervisors.
  • Notify maintenance of any room or equipment issues.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies at all times.
  • Assist in cleaning public areas or special assignments as directed by supervisors.
  • Report any suspicious behavior or items immediately.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset (training can be provided).
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hotel occupancy.
  • Basic English communication skills (verbal and/or written).
