Spa Therapist/Wellness Professional

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to provide exceptional wellness experiences for our guests.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering legendary service inspired by Asian heritage and cutting-edge luxury experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform spa treatments to guests, providing personal assistance for private yoga/meditation/sound healing sessions.
  • Maintain high standards of service throughout the Spa, adhering to Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) as taught by Spa Treatments Manager.
  • Ensure cleanliness and attention to detail in spa treatment rooms throughout your shift.
  • Assist in the operations of all spa & wellness departments as required.
  • Participate in various demonstrations and events.
  • Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your shift to allow sufficient time to prepare for your working day.
  • Perform all treatments to the highest standards on guests while maintaining their comfort at all times.
  • Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review them before and after completing each treatment.
  • Courteously interact with guests and answer all spa and hotel-related questions.
  • Attend daily and monthly meetings when necessary.
  • Report any dysfunctional equipment to Spa Concierge or Spa Treatments Manager.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms.
