Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will play a crucial role in identifying training needs and developing programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  2. Training Delivery: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging training sessions that meet the needs of all employees.
  3. Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Departmental Support: Provide training and support to departmental instructors and coordinate training provided by external vendors.
  5. New Hire Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new employees and ensure they receive comprehensive training and support.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Training and Development or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Training role.
  3. Strong business acumen and passion for self-development.
