
Arabic Cuisine Culinary Director

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Executive Arabic Cuisine Chef to join our culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic pre-opening team where your expertise, passion, and dedication will shape the hotel's culture and guest experience from day one.
This role offers a collaborative environment, strong development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to menu development and training. You will oversee kitchen operations, lead a team of chefs, and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring preparation and presentation of dishes meet established quality standards.
- Prepare traditional and contemporary Arabic dishes including hot and cold mezze, grills, stews, rice dishes, and sweets.
- Develop new Arabic menu items and contribute to menu planning and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across the kitchen section.
What We Need From You:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focusing on Arabic cuisine.
- Deep knowledge of traditional Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional flavors.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of food costing, kitchen management, and menu engineering.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage large-scale production during peak periods.
