About This Role
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Account Specialist to join our team in Muscat. As an Online Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing customer relationships, driving account success, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and drive account success through proactive account management and relationship building
- Onboard new brands and suppliers, handle financial operations, and account-related transactions
- Execute customer onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions
- Analyze account performance and develop strategic recommendations
- Provide top-tier customer support and problem resolution
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated financial acumen
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Proven track record in customer relationship management
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Advanced problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in e-commerce platforms is preferred
- Arabic speaking is a plus
