Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in retail management to take on new challenges and develop their skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring smooth store operations. They will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring that the store meets its performance goals.

In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, manage store inventory, and maintain high standards of quality and service. You will also be responsible for motivating and leading a team of sales associates, providing coaching and guidance as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and achieving business objectives
  • Oversee daily activities, including sales floor management, customer service, and inventory control
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and guidance as needed
  • Ensure high standards of quality and service are maintained at all times
Requirements
  • 3-4 years prior experience as a Supervisor, Deputy/Assistant Store Manager
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills in English
