Telco Product Development

We are seeking a Product Manager to develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI observability platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecom, enterprise, or data-intensive industries and a strong background in AI/ML product integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with telecom experts to ensure seamless connectivity with core network systems and OSS.
  • AI Integration: Oversee the integration of LLMs and Gen AI features, such as NLP queries, AI-based anomaly detection, and automated reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7-10+ years as a Product Manager in tech/software, ideally in telecom, enterprise, or data-intensive industries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to translate complex requirements into a clear product vision, proficiency in Agile, JIRA, Confluence, and UX and data visualization awareness.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, MBA or equivalent is a plus.
