About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and effective communication. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets and exceeds targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth through various activities, and maintaining a high level of exposure for the hotel across all communication channels. They will also be expected to implement sales objectives, negotiate prices, and establish parameters for transient and group business, meetings, and events. Effective communication with the Events Management Team and other departments is essential in this role.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality management or marketing. You should also have prior experience in sales or a related field, as well as proficiency in Opera or a similar system. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are essential.
