About the Company:

KinTec Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency specialising in commercial operations, contract management, and finance. We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team and provide comprehensive commercial and administrative support within our commercial department.

Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Management:

    • Manage the creation and renewal of commercial contracts and service agreements, ensuring uninterrupted service continuity.
    • Coordinate contract creation and maintenance in the system.
    • Prepare and manage tender processes, evaluations, and change orders.
  2. Budget Management:

    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to oversee commercial budget management.
    • Prepare budget reports for management review.
    • Manage invoicing and financial processes.
  3. Data Management:

    • Utilise SAP for contract, purchase order, invoice, and financial transaction management.
    • Analyse and generate reports from SAP.
  4. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial workflows.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Support audits and financial reviews.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in commercial operations, contract management, or finance, as well as proficiency in English and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
