">Role Overview
">This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - for Fitout and IT solutions located in the region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales pitches and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
">Responsibilities
">- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business and meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are completed successfully.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
">- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of interior design, fit-out processes & IT solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Effective market research and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to prepare compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Experience in coordinating with design and project teams.
- A results-driven attitude with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
