Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business in Oman. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining employee claims reports and preparing overtime claims
  • Processing purchase requests for spare parts, uniforms, and other items
  • Supervising and maintaining company vehicles
  • Managing employment visa documentation
  • Coordinating with HR on employment visa/labor card issues

You will also be required to keep a database of company trade licenses and establishment cards, renewing as required, and handling all aspects of government-related websites.
