Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Manager

Description:
A leadership role that oversees site supervision activities across all disciplines for a water park. The ideal candidate will lead coordination meetings, resolve site issues, and ensure quality assurance processes are enforced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with contractors, design consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor the construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Review contractor schedules, resources, and logistics to optimize project delivery.
  • Lead the enforcement of HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Support commissioning and testing of water systems and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in water parks or similar recreational facilities.
  • Experience with aquatic equipment, pool systems, and international codes.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
