Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our exhibitions team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Focus: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Recognize the importance of ROI and ensure that customers receive it.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Develop exhibition brands locally, regionally, and internationally.
  • Promotion: Promote best practices in sales, customer service, and business development. Lead by example and empower team members to do so.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
