About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Specialist to support our commercial growth efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel operators, investors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing business development materials, such as proposals, presentations, and partnership briefs.
  • Support tracking and documentation of leads, partnerships, and negotiations using internal tools or CRM systems.
  • Conduct preliminary market research and compile data on competitors, market trends, and investment opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
