Restaurant Manager - Lead Pizzeria Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced restaurant manager to oversee daily pizzeria operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of food safety standards, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:
  • Ensure all pizzas and menu items are prepared to high standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to reduce waste and maintain optimal food costs.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and quality control measures.
  • Customer Service and Experience:
  • Ensure excellent customer service by training and leading staff to exceed guest expectations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and family-friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.
  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring a motivated and productive team.
  • Schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement staff development programs.
  • Monitor restaurant expenses and sales performance to meet revenue goals.
  • Control labor and food costs while maximizing efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, POS system management, and daily financial reporting.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizza or fast-casual dining environment. A diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
