Hotel Operations Manager:

The Hotel Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a dining outlet. They are responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide culturally sensitive and attentive service.
  • Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu authenticity, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and assist with purchasing to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to attract guests and enhance revenue.

What We Need From You:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of culture, cuisine, and dining customs.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with attention to detail.
