Job Title: Outlet Service Manager

**About the Role:**

The Outlet Service Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the outlet. This involves overseeing staff supervision, guest satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance overall service delivery.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Operations Support:
  • Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet.
  • Supervise team during service hours and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before each shift.
  • Guest Service:
  • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints effectively.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional service and meeting customer expectations.
  • Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Staff Supervision & Training:
  • Help with scheduling, task assignments, and daily briefings for staff members.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching for junior team members to develop their skills.
  • Monitor staff performance and support performance evaluations.
  • Inventory & Cost Control:
  • Assist in ordering, receiving, and controlling food and beverage stock levels.
  • Minimize waste and track usage to support cost control measures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Coordination & Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between the outlet and other departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Support the implementation of promotions and events within the outlet.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required (sales, incidents, shift summary).
  • Compliance & Hygiene:
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization within the outlet.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of F&B supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with service standards and POS systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory and basic financial reporting is beneficial.
