About Us

Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Reservations Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery while consistently exceeding guest expectations.

  • This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in hospitality or customer-facing environments.

You will work closely with the Reservations Team to develop strategies that maximize revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction. This includes analyzing trends, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective solutions to drive results.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Reservations Department to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate room inventory management, pricing, and other related tasks.
    • Analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement sales initiatives to increase bookings and revenue.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports to track departmental performance.
    • Collaborate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
