We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to lead our sales growth strategy across the MENA region. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive innovation in the fintech industry.


As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for building and managing direct sales operations for our products in the region. You will partner with local companies, resellers, fintech and crypto platforms to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B technology sales or crypto/fintech/SaaS solutions and mining pools within MENA.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and expanding customer base.
  • Strong familiarity and network in the local capital markets and investment ecosystem business community.
  • Background in Enterprise Fintech sales is a strong advantage.
  • Native Arabic speaker (mandatory); English language proficiency.
  • UAE citizenship preferred (or legal right to work in the UAE without sponsorship).
