Job Title: Assistant Director of Sales

The role of the Assistant Director of Sales is a challenging and demanding position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of the hotel's sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing market trends.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  3. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  4. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and optimize business performance.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Implement processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
