Job Opportunity:

Country Operations Leader

Seeking an accomplished professional to oversee country operations, ensuring service excellence and contractual compliance.

  • Lead country-wide operational activities, guaranteeing high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive operational performance across contracts, adhering to KPIs, SLAs, and HSE standards.
  • Mobilize new projects, manage transitions, and integrate operational teams.
  • Develop and implement country-level operational strategies aligned with regional and global standards.
  • Manage profit and loss, budgeting, and cost optimization for country operations.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, emphasizing strong leadership, training, and performance management.
  • Act as senior point of contact for clients, maintaining relationships and supporting contract renewals and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with support functions including HR, procurement, finance, and business development.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is advantageous.
  • 10–15 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a country or regional leadership role.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale contracts, including both government and private sectors.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems, CAFM platforms, HSE compliance, and contractual obligations.
  • Proven financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Essential experience in Oman; Arabic language skills are a plus.
