About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Marketing Performance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our growth engineering team, designing and implementing a best-in-class marketing technology stack, and driving commercial results for our company through data and technology.

You will work closely with our product, IS, engineering, revops, finance, and other teams to build data solutions to go-to-market problems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth engineering team and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Design and implement a best-in-class marketing technology stack that meets our business needs.
  • Develop and track OKRs and conversion rates across the marketing and revenue funnels.
  • Optimize lead scoring, lead flow, and cadences to increase conversion rates across marketing and sales.
  • Develop web analytics and SEO practices to sustain high levels of organic user and customer acquisition.
  • Drive Return On Ad Spend optimization through attribution methodologies, advanced targeting, and channel exploration.
