We are seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead our project management team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project/program management, knowledge of good practices of IT Systems, and strong communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion
  • Manage project teams, ensure they work together efficiently
  • Ensure governance compliance and efficient management of projects
Key Accountabilities
  • Prepare project charters, develop project plans
  • Conduct contract reviews, negotiate with vendors
  • Ensure test management, document project deliverables
  • Lead project steering committees, communicate with stakeholders
  • Resolve project conflicts, manage project risks
  • Monitor project budget, ensure timely completion
  • Collect project metrics, measure project performance
  • Train project team members in project management
  • Document project progress reports, update project dashboard
  • Close projects successfully

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or higher
  • 5 years of experience in project/program management
  • Knowledge of good practices of IT Systems
  • Strong project management skills, use of project management tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • PMP certified or Prince 2 certified
