Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive growth in Oman and support the successful coordination of our Joint Ventures.

This role is responsible for implementing policies and decisions made by the Board of Directors, ensuring efficient company performance. The ideal candidate will propose management structures and staff candidates for approval, involving shareholders in project team staffing where possible.

The incumbent will ensure compliance with contractual provisions, industry standards, and regulations, overseeing timely completion of works. They will represent the company in dealings with employers and third parties.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for organizing and supervising company accounts, including invoicing and payments, operating bank accounts ethically and profitably. They will maintain open communication with the Board on project progress and contract matters at regular intervals.

They will also prepare and submit reports, schedules, financial forecasts, and other documents as required by the Board.
