Customer Support Representative Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Call Handling: Manage incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  2. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  3. Documentation and Data Entry: Record and document interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance purposes.
  4. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and relevant support to customers.
  5. Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and targets related to calls handled, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution rates.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
