
Sales and Business Development Executive

The primary responsibility of this role is to create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan for the hotel. This includes developing business partnerships, growing revenue through direct sales efforts, and managing the overall sales and marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Create annual sales plans that meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster relationships with key clients and partners to drive growth and increase market share.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong knowledge of local and international market segments.
- Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, CRM) and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
