Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced procurement specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, maintain, and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of goods and services.
  2. Carry out activities related to RFQ, RFP, and RFI, and be responsible for developing supplier selection methods.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including certification, selection, performance management, portfolio management, collaboration, and development.
  4. Sign contracts and agreements with suppliers in accordance with the procurement process and authorization regulations.
  5. Build a robust internal control environment and implement internal control management requirements to ensure operation security.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. At least 1-3 years working experience in procurement domain. Familiarity with procurement process (supplier qualification, supplier selection and contracts) and related IT system operations is required.
  2. Basic commercial knowledge, including but not limited to international trade, contract clauses, compliance requirements, and business etiquette is essential.
  3. Basic financial knowledge, including understanding financial reports, and applying financial knowledge to negotiation, risk analysis, and trend judgment is necessary.
  4. Fluency in English is required and proficiency in any Chinese dialect will be an asset.
Education

Bachelor degree, preferably in Electrical/Telecommunication or relevant field is desired.
