As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in the Commercial department. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Utilities Sales Manager in implementing marketing strategies to maximize sales and increase revenue for our organization.

Key Deliverables
  1. Establish strong relationships with customers, including agents and local distributors, through personal interactions and communication channels. Identify and evaluate changes in the market environment and develop effective responses.
  2. Supervise follow-up on order status and resolve any technical or commercial queries in collaboration with the technical/project team and the Manager.
  3. Coordinate the booking of metals at the London Metal Exchange based on sales orders, ensuring timely execution in conjunction with the finance team.
  4. Manage follow-up payments with the finance and logistics departments to ensure smooth transactions and delivery.
  5. Work closely with the Customer Support Service department to issue sales orders and related documentation, and prepare invoices for customers.
  6. Ensure customer compliance with payment terms and conditions.
  7. Oversee the efficient transfer of goods and after-sale services as required.
  8. Plan, organize, and prioritize activities such as customer prospecting calls, appointments, care visits, follow-ups, training, demonstrations, and internal meetings to drive sales growth.
  9. Submit sales quotations and negotiate/follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales orders.
  10. Process sales orders, ensuring necessary technical approvals from customers are obtained.
  11. Collaborate with the planning and technical departments to process inquiries and orders, ensuring timely execution.
  12. Ensure timely collection of payments through proper documentation submission to customers.
  13. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers, consultants, and contractors to foster long-term partnerships.
  14. Evaluate market potential and competitive influences in assigned territories to inform strategic decisions.
  15. Negotiate cost-effective contracts with selected customers, companies, and agents to drive business growth.
  16. Provide accurate and timely reports as required to inform business performance.
