Regional Business Growth Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive growth in Oman while supporting the successful development and coordination of our joint ventures.
Oman Joint Venture General ManagerThis key role involves implementing policies decided by the Board of Directors and making day-to-day decisions necessary for efficient performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in Oman, in line with global and business unit strategies.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and market expansion.
- Lead the opportunity pipeline across sectors and capabilities, ensuring effective management of customer inquiries, prequalification, and bid submissions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging skills, relationships, and cost advantages to position us competitively.
The role reports to the Vice President of Growth and Development Middle East Delivery and requires a customer-focused approach, relationship-building skills, and experience working within a matrix organization.
Requirements:- Minimum 10 years of relevant business startup and management experience.
- Strong business partnering experience.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Experience leading teams.
- Good IT and systems knowledge.
- Understanding of Oil & Gas services business and accounting.
- Deep knowledge of our offerings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
