KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCORPORATE DEPOSIT GROWTH
  • Increase overall corporate deposits through new client acquisition and relationship expansion.
  • Develop high-value client attraction strategies for long-term engagement.
CASA AND OPERATIVE ACCOUNTS GROWTH
  • Boost CASA balances by encouraging corporate clients to maintain and increase deposits.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand cash management needs and offer tailored banking solutions.
DIGITAL BANKING MIGRATION
  • Support the bank's business strategy by migrating corporate clients to digital platforms.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of digital banking solutions to enhance operational efficiency for corporate customers.
CLIENT ACQUISITION & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
  • Expand the corporate client base by identifying and prospecting potential customers.
  • Nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
ACCOUNT OPENING & ONBOARDING
  • Establish new account relationships with corporate clients interested in digital products and services.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding onto digital platforms and educate customers about available services.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Foster long-term, profitable relationships with key clients to ensure customer loyalty and continued growth.
CROSS-SELLING BANK PRODUCTS
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell corporate, institutional, and personal banking products for revenue maximization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions addressing client needs.
MARKET REPRESENTATION
  • Represent the bank positively in the market through industry events and networking.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitiveness.
BUSINESS CONTROL & GOVERNANCE
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operational activities.
SELF/PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT & CONTINUOUS LEARNING
  • Stay up-to-date through knowledge acquisition and on-the-job training.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; preferable 7 years.
