- Establish new account relationships with corporate clients interested in digital products and services.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding onto digital platforms and educate customers about available services.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Foster long-term, profitable relationships with key clients to ensure customer loyalty and continued growth.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell corporate, institutional, and personal banking products for revenue maximization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions addressing client needs.
- Represent the bank positively in the market through industry events and networking.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operational activities.
- Stay up-to-date through knowledge acquisition and on-the-job training.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; preferable 7 years.
